Sean Zernickow, Owner/Founder
Sean has over nine years in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis in the architectural door and hardware industry. Over a number of years, Sean has worked with many different architectural firms and contractors developing door and hardware schedules. Sean has also attended many courses related to access control in the public, and private sector, giving him the understanding of the need for security in today's society. He has spent four years in law enforcement on a full-time level, so this re-emphasizes his knowledge and understanding of security in not only the home, but in the business world as well.
Over the last several years, Sean has employed in sales understanding and developing the skills necessary to make sure the customer is happy. He has a very hard time with saying the word no. While not always being able to provide an immediate solution, he will seek it out and provide the best solution or multiple to make sure you the customer is happy with either the service or product you receive.
Sean has over the past few years established long term relationships with various vendors and service providers in not only the construction industry, but the information technology industry as well. Building and developing marketing materials, and websites for various companies and maintaining the level of personal contact with all aspects of the business.
Sean was previously an active member of the Wichita Figure Skating Club, serving on the Board of Directors as the Secretary for three years. The Wichita Figure Skating Club is a non-profit organization devoted to the promotion and development of today's youth in the sport of figure skating. He has attended U.S. Figure Skating Governoring Council, representing the Wichita Figure Skating Club, and the youth and adults that pursue this very challenging and political sport.
Chuck Zernickow, Sales/Consultant
Chuck has over 35 years of work experience in primarily the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on project management, development to the general commericial constructoin arena. Over the years Chuck has worked in managing projects in excess of $250 million dollars in the gaming, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
Chuck also has a tremendous background in finance and accounting. With the areas of expertise he possesses understanding the value to using the right products and trades and can provide the assistance and guidance necessary for the success of your busines and/or project.
Over the past several years, Chuck has maintained relationships with many trade contractors and architectural and engineering firms providing him with a good understanding of the challenges faced with a commercial construction project.
Chuck has served and currently serves on many different Board of Directors acting as a liason between the user group and the construction of new or existing buildings. He has served on the HOA Board, and also serves as a construction consultant Asbury United Methodist Church in Wichita, Kansas.
Chuck also established and maintains a herd of Bison near his birth home of Abilene, Kansas.
Chuck holds a Bachelor degree in Finanace/Accounting from Wichita State University.
